Client Requirement and Solution
One of the largest providers of telecommunications and digital services in the Maldives approached us with a requirement for a Customer Experience Centre/ Videowall solution to engage with their customers.
It was important to the client that a display solution offers a long lifecycle, quieter operation, higher efficiency with respect to heat and load calculations, and be able to scale with new technology, we presented the idea of using a different type of display technology.
Origin Techserve was familiar with Christie Digital, having partnered with them on past installations, and this successful track record encouraged us to pitch a solution featuring Christie LCD Videowall displays with 3.5mm Bezel to Bezel gap at 2×5 matrix and Christie Videowall processor. Engineered with a fault-tolerant design for 24×7 reliability and performance, the Christie LCD video wall system and video processor addressed the unique challenges.
Conference Room / Director’s Boardroom:
Client Requirement and Solution :One of the leading construction company had a requirement of completely redesigning the Directors’ Boardroom with updated technology & with multiple working scenarios. It was important that the customer wanted to go with the best technology equipment’s as the Board director will have the conference & board meetings in that room.
Client wanted to have a 30-seater boardroom with total of four displays. Two displays in the front and two displays on each side. On the table they wanted boundary microphones to save space and to look clean. One of the displays in the front was to be an interactive display for annotation of the content shared.
Origin teamed up with few of the best OEM’s like Kramer, Samsung, Sharp and Biamp to provide a complete boardroom solution for the customer. We provided the customer with a touch panel to control all the desired scenarios. The client was given options to use the room either as only for meeting or video conferencing. With the help of the interactive display they were able to annotate the content which was shared also to the far end parties.
