Roles and Responsibilities
- Obtain Client information by answering telephone calls.
 - Interviewing clients; verifying information.
 - Establishes policies by entering client information, confirming pricing.
 - Informs client by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information’s.
 - Inbound/Outbound calls attending and also selling a company and its products.
 - Major duty is to make cold calls or call up old customers to sell a company’s services and products.
