Roles and Responsibilities

  • Obtain Client information by answering telephone calls.
  • Interviewing clients; verifying information.
  • Establishes policies by entering client information, confirming pricing.
  • Informs client by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information’s.
  • Inbound/Outbound calls attending and also selling a company and its products.
  • Major duty is to make cold calls or call up old customers to sell a company’s services and products.
