The customer requires a scalable, future-ready AV ecosystem that delivers consistent high-quality audio and video across multiple meeting spaces — from large 50-seat halls to 

executive director rooms. 

Challenges: 

The overall challenges in the project stem from the complexity of bringing together multi-OEM hardware (Samsung LED walls, Cisco codecs, Extron switchers, Shure microphones, Aruba networking, Logitech cameras, etc.), ensuring seamless signal routing and scaling across HDMI/DTP paths, and managing audio calibration for ceiling and table microphone arrays with distributed speakers. Added to this are the demands of control system programming to unify RS-232, IR, IP, and contact closure protocols, the need for network segmentation and USB extension reliability With multiple room sizes (50-pax, 25-seater, 15-pax, 11-seater, 10-seater, 6-seater, and a Director Room), the project faces challenges in maintaining consistent performance, redundancy, and documentation accuracy across all configurations, making integration, calibration, and control standardization the most critical hurdles. 

Solution Delivered: 

The solution provides crystal-clear visuals through Samsung LED walls and large displays, immersive conferencing with PTZ and Logitech cameras, and precise audio capture using Shure MXA310 table and MXA920 ceiling microphones paired with distributed ceiling speakers and DSP processing for clarity. Control must be intuitive and user-friendly, with one-touch Extron controllers, wireless sharing via ShareLink Pro and iPad integration, and enterprise-grade networking through Aruba switches and APs. The system should emphasize ease of use, reliability, professional aesthetics, and future-proof design with 4K video switching, Dante audio, and IP-based control, ensuring a seamless collaboration experience across all room types. Imagine a space where 50 participants, or sometimes just 6 executives in a director’s room, need to communicate seamlessly. Each room had its own personality — from large auditoriums with Samsung LED walls to intimate boardrooms with 65-inch displays. The challenge was to unify them under one AV architecture, ensuring consistency without compromising individuality.

•Samsung LED Displays became the canvas, ranging from 178″ walls to compact 98″ and 65″ screens. 

•Cisco Codec and Logitech Cameras brought faces into focus, bridging distances with clarity. 

•Behind the scenes, Extron DXP 4K Switchers and DTP HDMI 4K 

Transmitters/Receivers worked quietly, ensuring every pixel reached its destination without fail. 

The Soundscape

•Shure MXA310 table microphones and MXA920W-S ceiling arrays captured conversations with precision. 

•Ceiling Speakers and DM6C Amplifiers transformed rooms into balanced Soundscapes.

At the core, the DMP 128 Plus DSP orchestrated audio, eliminating echoes and harmonizing voices.
