Support for HDR content, adjustable color temperature, and a high refresh rate enablessmooth playback of presentations, videos, training materials, and live demonstrations. The integrated controller and built in speakers simplify installation while reducingequipment complexity. Custom designed wall mounting structures allow the display to blend naturally into the room’s architecture while enabling easy front access maintenance for future servicing.

Intelligent Camera Technology

Creating engaging hybrid meetings requires more than simply placing a camera at the front of the room. The solution incorporates dual 4K camera technology designed specifically for hybrid collaboration. An intelligent presenter tracking camera automatically follows the speaker throughout the room, allowing presenters to move naturally without requiring manual camera adjustments. This creates a more dynamic and professional presentation experience for remote participants.

Complementing this system is a high resolution PTZ audience camera that captures meeting attendees, ensuring remote participants remain connected to group discussions. Hybrid meetings frequently require multiple video sources, including presenters, audiences, laptops, document cameras, and virtual participants. A professional video mixer was integrated to provide flexible management of these sources. The system supports Picture in Picture, Picture by Picture, and multiple split screen layouts, allowing organizations to customize the meeting experience according to specific collaboration needs.

The solution integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco Webex, Google Meet, and other popular conferencing platforms, enabling users to switch effortlessly between different meeting formats.

Professional Audio Infrastructure

Audio quality often determines the success of hybrid meetings. The collaboration room incorporates a professional Digital Signal Processor (DSP) featuring Dante audio networking, Acoustic Echo Cancellation (AEC), USB audio connectivity, and flexible input/output expansion.

The DSP automatically manages echo cancellation, feedback suppression, and signal optimization, ensuring natural conversations regardless of whether participants are located inside the room or joining remotely. This intelligent audio processing significantly improves speech intelligibility while providing a scalable platform capable of supporting future microphone or audio device expansion.

Even Audio Coverage Throughout the Room

To ensure every participant enjoys consistent audio quality, six premium pendant loudspeakers were strategically installed across the collaboration space. The distributed speaker layout provides balanced sound coverage throughout the room, eliminating dead zones while maintaining excellent speech clarity during meetings, webinars, presentations, and training sessions. The pendant speaker design also complements contemporary office interiors by combining acoustic performance with modern aesthetics.
